Rhode Island Restoration, a leading disaster restoration and construction company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. We specialize in providing comprehensive restoration and construction services to residential and commercial clients in need of rebuilding and repair after disasters such as water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee construction projects in residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of job sites and provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a commercial and residential construction management role.
  • Experience with restoration and mitigation services preferred.
  • Experience with Xactimate or Xactanalysis preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial and residential codes and regulations.
  • Ability to manage a job site from start to finish.
  • Proven expertise in construction estimation, including cost and labor estimates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Reliable vehicle to commute to and from work, as well as to job sites as needed.
  • Bilingual skills (desired, but not required)

As a Project Manager, you would be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours a week through normal business operating hours.
