  • Engage with clients - Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to clarify expectations, set timelines, and enhance relationships.
  • Resource management - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to determine and allocate essential resources for each project.
  • Project planning - Develop comprehensive project plans that outline execution strategies, including objectives, timelines, and budget considerations.
  • Monitor and report progress - Assess performance metrics for presentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in time management and task prioritization.
  • Strong passion for team leadership and achieving results.
