Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: San Antonio, TX (onsite)

Work Hours: Business Hours; M-F
Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401K

Minimum Education Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Scheduling experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Skills and Competencies Required:
  • Must be flexible and capable of pivoting from one task to another.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate with stakeholders of various levels.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day operations of HR systems transactions ensuring consistent application of HR policies/procedures/practices.
  • Conducts research, organizes and maintains all paper and electronic supporting documentation for system changes and employment verifications.
  • Audits for and provides clarification of necessary process step completion to all levels of business area leadership and HR/Auditing/Budgeting staff.
  • Answers dedicated phones and educates internal and external customers about CPS Energy’s Recruitment efforts and processes.
  • Provides reporting and resolves errors in relation to positions and employee information. Supports and coordinates recruitment events and efforts.
  • Creates and maintains all employee files/records.
