Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Identifies appropriate sales activities and strategies for achieving long- and short-term sales objectives.
2. Develop local national and regional distributor,wholesaler,contractor and etc.
3. Collect related category industry and market dynamics, outcome with product category marketing report for internal product study and BD strategy.
4. Plans and directs all sales activities within assigned target customer group and/or list.
5. Develop and execute Business Development and marketing plan to achieve sales and profits target, preferred with clients that has the ability with private brand and direct import.
6. Collect and analysis customer feedback, competitor and market trend, help the company to improve the category product coverage to satisfy customer demand.
7. Evaluates customer problems and situations and identifies problems, opportunities, or new products and services beneficial to the customer.
8. Identify customer need, conduct and follow up with customer inquiry, sample, contract and negotiate as per the company procedure required.
9. Customer whole process and lifecycle management, including customer profile, opportunities, quotation, visit, contract, sales, credit.
10. Achieve customer PO on board, complete PO acknowledge, delivery, payment collect and etc.
11. Collaborate with the factory to complete product project evaluation and development。
12. Set up BD team as per the company’s wholesale channel BD strategy, recognize and plan regional sales layout and management
13. Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
2. Minimum 5 years wholesale BD experience,familiar with local contractor/distributor/ wholesale channels。
3. Experience with building material wholesale customer and channels, including the Customer characteristics, industry thresholds, operations and business models.
4. Understand the top wholesaler /distributor upon HVAC and pipe industry, familiar with market top player that to identify the company’s competitiveness to achieve new customer.
5. Experience with new customer development and management.
6. Experience with HVAC air register r& grille, pipe hanger and support.
7. Skilled with private brand customer and no-brand customer development.
8. Experience or acknowledge w/ SAP, CRM system operation
