As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Paid Retail Media Coordinator to join our team and drive our retail media initiatives. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Retail Media Coordinator to support our retail media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing retail media campaigns, managing relationships with media partners/clients, analyzing campaign performance, and creating weekly and monthly reports. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our client's retail marketing efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute retail media PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Instacart, Criteo, Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Kroger Ad Platform and Citrus Ads.
  • Research and test effective keywords, bidding strategies, and ad copy to catalyze traffic and sales velocity.
  • Manage relationships with media clients and vendors to ensure effective collaboration and campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in the development of retail media plans and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of media placements, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail media and advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2+ years of experience with the following retail media channels; Instacart, Criteo, Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Kroger Ad Platform and Citrus Ads.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience with Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., retail media networks, google sheets, monday.com).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
