Position Overview

Kendra Scott is seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to lead our paid media efforts, including search engine marketing, paid social media, display advertising, affiliates, and digital video/CTV. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategies across all channels to support customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all paid advertising channels in partnership with our agency
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of channel performance and develop recommendations to drive incremental sales
  • Establish benchmarks and set goals for channel performance, including spend, sales, and ROI/ROAS
  • Track performance against goals and report to senior leadership
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets that support business growth, with a focus on direct-to-consumer (ecommerce and retail)
  • Identify and launch new paid marketing channels to drive sales growth and innovation in media
  • Manage tactical elements of programs, including designing tests, sharing key marketing and promotional messages with agencies, and requesting creative assets
  • Partner with internal teams on segmentation strategy across media channels to deliver targeted messages to the right audience
  • Manage the expansion of media attribution
  • Collaborate with ecommerce teams on landing page optimization and SEO/SEM improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing for a high-growth company or digital agency
  • Retail experience (at brand or agency) preferred
  • Proven ability to break down larger initiatives into achievable tasks to achieve departmental and company objectives
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing search marketing preferred
  • 1+ years of experience managing a marketing budget
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • A growth mindset and a track record of leveraging past learnings and encouraging new ideas
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional partnerships
  • Commitment to employee growth and development
