Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay: $70k - $85k

Type: Direct hire, on-site

Industry: Manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Maintain company Human Resources functions by overseeing employee relations and supporting/coordinating HR policies, programs, and practices
  • Serve as point-of-contact for employees and managers by interacting and answering administrative questions related to policies, processes, benefits, etc.
  • Provide employee relations support to improve relationships, build morale and increase productivity
  • Maintain employee benefits programs, assist with payroll process and HR reporting
  • Lead employee orientation and assist with development/training

 

Requirements

  • BS in Human Resources, Business or similar preferred
  • Three (3) – Five (5) years’ HR experience in manufacturing, distribution or industrial environment
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, Data Management Systems and HR Reporting
