Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-Time  
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM  
Location: In-Person

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Bond Branded Gear, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer experience. This role requires a hands-on approach to manage various aspects of operations, including customer service, order processing, inventory management, and inside sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, excellent people skills, and a growth mindset. We are looking for that one percent kind of person who goes above and beyond, someone who takes ownership in their job and is committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service support.
- Handle email correspondence and order processing with attention to detail.
- Manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Process invoicing and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive inside sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage online stores and ensure efficient operation and fulfillment.
- Manage large program business, coordinating complex orders and projects.
- Assist in the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to optimize business processes.
- Assist in other departments as needed to support overall business operations.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Take ownership of tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Must be great with people and have an amazing personality.
- Experience with accounting software (preferred).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- The ability to go above and beyond, demonstrating dedication and ownership in all aspects of the job.
