Essential Knowledge & Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of relevant laws and procedures in the designated area.
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on achieving results.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is required.
- National certification, such as CCM, is preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role is essential.
