Responsibilities:

  • Be familiar with the requisition requirements and material specifications.
  • Be fully familiar with the verification and inspection release processes and ensure their compliance.
  • Ensure that all necessary quality records are identified and retained in accordance with company, client requirements.
  • Work to and maintain a high standard of quality to the STATS products and services to ensure that all defect to material, components or equipment is reported to your supervisor.
  • Ensure all relevant drawings, procedures and instructions are to the latest revisions, prior to work commencing.
  • Pro-active in the proposal and introduction of new assembly and testing techniques to improve productivity or safety.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times to protect all colleagues, clients and equipment.
  • Ensure all shipping paperwork is correct and completed in a timely manner.
  • Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material

Qualifications:

  •  
  • Previous experience in shipping/recieving, logistics, or other related fields
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail,time management; assign priorities
  • High character / high focus level
  • Experience with documentation controls
  • Experience with purchase orders, bill of ladings, packing slips, inspection checklist
  • Ability to coordinate a team of 2-3 individuals
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
