Bilingual Office Assistant

This general office position is to help around the office and cover for another employee during maternity leave, which should start around May 1 or so, but they want to start this person April 1 to allow for ample training time. If this person works out well, the assignment could go on indefinitely.
Our client provides non-medical home care services to elderly and disabled clients, enabling them to live in the comfort of their own homes.
This entry level clerical position duties include answering phones, filing, processing timesheets and providing general administrative support in a small but busy home healthcare office in the NE Heights. Our client wants inexperienced / very little experience candidates they can train to their specific business. You must be fluent in Spanish as many clientele and caregivers are Spanish-speaking only. The position is contract, and our client has the option to hire permanently anytime after 120 days. If you're hired, you may be offered the opportunity to grow into other positions within the company.
Start Date: April 1, 2024
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday for a total of 37.5 hours weekly
Work Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (Lunch from 12:30 - 1:00 pm)
Pay rate: $14.00 per hour.
Contractor Benefits: 6 paid holidays per year, accrued sick leave, weekly direct deposit.
You must pass drug testing and have no felony convictions.
