Job DescriptionJob Description

VIP Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter for our Albuquerque, NM Branch, to assist in filling our customers with short-term and long-term hiring needs. Bilingual Staffing Specialist responsibilities include advertising job openings across multiple channels, attending job fairs and coordinating interviews (both phone and in-person). If you’re interested in managing recruiting procedures, from attracting candidates to placing new hires, we’d like to meet you.

Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Advertise job openings across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, careers pages and social platforms)
  • Coordinate with department managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage candidates’ information (e.g. resumes and contact details) in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Conduct pre-employment screening including reference checks, backgrounds, and drug screenings.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires.
  • Ability to work 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday in office.
  • Meet weekly KPI Requirements

Bilingual Recruiter Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator or similar role with 3 year minimum experience in a staffing industry
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume databases (Avionte Bold a plus)
  • Experience with interviewing and evaluating candidates
  • Bilingual
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
