At Bridgeway Partners, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Professional Search Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll not only be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services but also for growing and owning your assigned territory. Your mission: to drive market share, build lasting relationships, and be the trusted advisor that both clients and candidates rely on.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Sales Success: Own your territory, develop new business, and grow existing accounts. Your sales expertise will be critical in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

  • Lead the Search Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles in one of our defined sectors. You'll identify, engage, and deliver top talent to our clients.

  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. You'll be the go-to person for your clients, providing insights and managing the entire hiring process.

  • Expand Market Share: Use your entrepreneurial spirit to identify new opportunities within your territory. You'll have the autonomy to develop strategies that increase our market share and influence in your region.

  • Innovate and Inspire: Work closely with our internal team to continually improve our processes, services, and client offerings. Your feedback and ideas will help shape the future of our business.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Sales Experience: You have a successful track record in sales, with a focus on results and client satisfaction. Experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus.

  • Recruitment Expertise: You understand the intricacies of the recruitment process and have a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

  • Territory Management Skills: You're experienced in managing and growing a territory, with a knack for identifying new business opportunities.

  • Strong Communication: You're an excellent communicator, capable of building rapport with a wide range of stakeholders and presenting compelling proposals.
