Due to recent expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Full-Time Business Development Assistant to provide support services. We specialising in providing a variety of marketing campaigns and promotional services to clients based throughout the USA.

 

The role will involve:

  • Owning and resolving customer queries at first point of contact

  • Managing and maintaining sales and purchases

  • Working effectively within a small team

  • Communication with clients, field based staff, colleagues and ensuring all client requirements are met

  • Updating customer information using our internal system

  • Administration tasks as required

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills essential.

  • Highly organised and process driven individual with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.

  • Effective Communication skills in order to liaise with other departments and colleagues to achieve results

  • Highly motivated with the ability to use own initiative

  • Computer literacy - MS Office, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 

This role would be suitable for someone with proven work experience as a Business Development Assistant. However all levels of experience will be considered for this role.
