The ideal candidate is experienced in guest relations, hospitality service, modern vacation property management and ad-hoc projects.

Salary range: Commensurate with experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create effective marketing strategies to attract potential guests through various channels
  • Effective and regular direct communication with property owners keeping them abreast of market conditions to ensure long-term relationship
  • Establish suitable rental rates based on market trends and optimize occupancy rates
  • Ensure reliability of guests and implement security measures in protection of the property
  • Manage team of associates to coordinate thorough cleaning in addition to maintenance checks
  • Monitor inventory levels of essential supplies
  • Maintain compliance tasks such as obtaining permits/licenses, accurate records for taxes/insurance purposes, along with local rules and regulations
  • Direct guest communication along with a seamless booking process
  • Leverage guests’ expertise in order to maximize property owner’s income potential
  • Manage guest reservations, communications, and turnover
  • Oversee calendars for properties
  • Coordinate with cleaning staff, contractors, and other service providers to maintain high standards of property care
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues while addressing them proactively
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • At least one year(s) of short term rental experience at a property management company
  • Superior customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
