Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the turnover of vacant units, ensuring they are ready for new residents.
  • Perform and supervise electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
  • Install and repair appliances and furniture as needed.
  • Manage interior and exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repairs.
  • Physically handle tasks such as painting, pressure washing, and maintaining common areas.
  • Supervise all HVAC installation and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes and maintain proper chemical levels in pools.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate completion of maintenance work orders.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in apartment or hotel/hospitality maintenance management.
  • HVAC certification is mandatory.
  • Availability for on-call rotation to provide 24-hour maintenance support.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
  • A strong work ethic characterized by reliability and dependability.
  • A collaborative spirit, with a willingness to take direction when necessary.
  • A customer service-oriented approach towards colleagues and residents.
