Job Overview

The role of the **Assistant Property Manager** is crucial in facilitating the daily operations of the property management division. This position is designed to provide essential support to the Property Manager in all facets of overseeing the client's property. We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic team member with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Continuous professional development is a priority for our team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work. **Attention to detail** and **innovative thinking** are vital attributes for success in this role.

Applicants should have a minimum of **one year of experience** in the property management sector, along with **two years in customer service**.

**Position Type**: Part-time, requiring availability two times per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills, maintaining a record of all phone communications.
  • Handle applications for rentals, purchases, and stock transfers.
  • Coordinate scheduling and vendor communications.
  • Draft letters, memos, reports, and manage contracts and associated documentation.
  • Oversee database management tasks.
  • Address daily office requirements efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with thorough follow-up via email, mail, and phone.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive tenant records, leases, and contact details using property management software.
  • Research and propose new systems to enhance executive operations.
  • Communicate maintenance work orders to ensure timely task completion.
Qualifications:
  • **Bachelor's Degree** preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to read, interpret, and create spreadsheets, flow charts, and graphs.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and facility oversight.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with communities, properties, real estate, and homeowners associations is preferred.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
