Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Manage class member email inbox and answer incoming calls.
  • Return calls to class members who left voicemails.
  • Assist class members with changing contact information and reissuing checks.
  • Collaborate with the Case Manager Assistant to identify potential class members that need to be added to settlements.

Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team.
  • Utilize various tools to identify potential clients for the sales team.
  • Perform research tasks to assist the sales team in client acquisition and management.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Spanish Proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in law or pursuing a JD is a plus.
