We are seeking a Business Development Representative to become an integral part of our team We are looking for an experienced business development representative with experience preferably in the Healthcare industry.

Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed about market developments
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Experience:

- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Interest in Healthcare/Medical field
  • At least one year of professional experience
