We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales, business development, client accounts, estimating, and finance departments. They will play a crucial role in expanding our clientele and ensuring the financial health of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developer companies to generate new business opportunities.

  • Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee the estimating process to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

  • Provide financial leadership to ensure the company remains financially healthy and revenue targets are met.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, and finance, preferably in the solar energy industry.

  • Strong business connections with developer companies.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and drive results.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) processes in the solar industry.
