A-Line Staffing is now hiring a remote Care Engagement Specialist with a major health plan company. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Care Engagement Specialist Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $19 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Care Engagement Specialist Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Bilingual required- English and Spanish
  • The required shift for this position is
    • Monday/Tuesday 9:30am-6:30pm,
    • Wednesday/Thursday 8:45am-5:45pm
    • Friday 8:45-3:15pm

Care Engagement Specialist Responsibilities

  • Responsible for conducting contractually required Initial Health Screenings welcome calls outreach to new enrollees. Analyze and report overall results.
  • Data Entry
  • Make outbound and receive incoming calls. Leave voicemails if member does not answer call.
  • Identify and overcome barriers in order for members to complete needed health screenings
  • Review and analyze data for call reports to adjust as needed to call approach for members in order to obtain information.
  • Must be able to ask and deal with sensitive topic/questions
  • Additional duties as assigned

Care Engagement Specialist Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience is a must
  • Bilingual- English and Spanish
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
