Position Overview:
As a Client Support Team Member, you will engage directly with clients and customers to elevate brand recognition in the community, ultimately driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to advocate for our clients' brands, products, and services.
  • Articulate product features and advantages to customers while addressing inquiries with confidence.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, highlighting areas for enhancement.
  • Evaluate client acquisition metrics and KPIs to optimize sales and revenue generation.
  • Comply with our clients' standards and uphold professionalism throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage sales contracts on behalf of our clients.
  • Participate in both in-person and virtual meetings with fellow Client Support Team Members to enhance customer service, sales, and leadership capabilities.

Training and Development:
We are committed to the success of our Client Support Team Members by providing essential tools and resources for growth within our organization. Comprehensive in-house training will be offered by our Senior Client Account Management team.

Qualifications:
We welcome candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • A willingness to enhance existing skills.
  • The capability to quickly understand new concepts for professional development.
  • Confidence in presenting information to clients, customers, and team members.
  • Basic understanding of the sales cycle is advantageous.
