We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. At Midland Glass, we are a commercial glazing contractor working in the construction industry. For the Project Coordinator position, you will be responsible for helping customers by clarifying their wants and needs, providing product and service information for aluminum windows, and submitting approved sales into production.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Track and record job costing

​Qualifications:

  • Microsoft office familiarity (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail (good with numbers)

Preferred (not required) skills:

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Experience in the construction industry
