The Project Coordinator will gather, analyze, submit, and monitor necessary journal entries/reclasses through relevant accounting channels for the Distribution Operations organization.


The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have at least 5 years of data entry or analytics experience.


Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing journal entries related to work orders by receiving requests, investigating the work, extracting information from SAP, submitting it to the appropriate department, and monitoring the process.
  • Access and manage the SharePoint list where supported business areas submit requests for journal entry processing.
  • Engage with employees across the distribution organization to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manages end to end process and ensures all relevant deadline are met.


Requirements of the Project Coordinator:

  • 5-10 years of experience in data entry or data analytics.
  • Must possess strong knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
  • SAP ECC knowledge is a plus.
  • Previous background in analytics is nice to have.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
