Wholesaler of home and garden decor located in Stoughton, MA.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Administrative Assistant to provide general support for multiple office functions. Flexible hours available.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Written and verbal communication with customers, vendors and sales reps.
- Create spreadsheets in Excel and sales and marketing materials using PowerPoint, QuarkXpress or inDesign.
- Data entry on various internet sites, vendor portals and our internal computer system.
- Assist with special projects.

The ideal candidate for the position must be organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task. Typing and computer skills are necessary . Being proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must. They must be able to adapt to changing priorities and possess excellent time management skills.
