Stoughton Meadows Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide to administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of state regulatory stipulations and requirements for safe administration. Key responsibilities include observing residents taking medication, documenting required information, and communicating concerns with the Wellness Director or designated personnel. Additionally, the Medication Aide will support residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.
