Job Description:

This is a full time account manager position representing all four of our Central Wisconsin radio stations requiring a minimum of 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Additional hours may be required in support of station promotions and appearances.  Primary responsibilities will include developing local business decision-makers who could benefit from the use of radio marketing.  You will be asked to building relationships with these businesses, recommend solutions through radio exposure, and growing your monthly sales numbers.

Essential Job Functions:

-Developing new local & regional accounts and completing a thorough discovery of their needs.

-Consulting with clients by phone and in person each day to make marketing recommendations.

-Develop customized marketing campaign proposals based on client needs analysis.

-Reach and surpass monthly sales goals on a regular basis

-Help create radio commercials

 Qualifications:

You must be a highly resilient individual with strong communication and writing skills.  Energetic and outgoing personality are a plus along with a strong sense of creativity and problem solving.  The position will require prospecting for new business along with growing current clients through developing relationships and building trust.
