Busy equipment dealer located in Lansdale, PA is seeking a full or part-time individual to work with office accounting. 

Duties to include:

  • Customer and Vendor Invoice Processing
  • Various Customer Portal Invoice Entries
  • Post Receipts and Credit Card Transactions
  • Collections and Credit Checks
  • Data Entry and Tracking on Excel Spreadsheets
  • Job Costing
  • Other office and administrative assistance as needed
  • Backup receptionist as needed

Requirements:

  • Accurate, detail oriented, reliable
  • Experience with Sage50, ACT and Microsoft Office is beneficial
  • Ability to prioritize duties and work unsupervised
  • Pleasant phone manner
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
