Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at BlackHawk Industrial Operating Co. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing and new customer relationships to meet and/or exceed company sales revenue and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personally exhibit, recruit, and coach associates consistent with our company's core values.
  • Responsible for promoting a culture of safety and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products.
  • Manage new and existing customer relationships, presenting products to customers and following through to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify and prioritize all existing and prospective customers within your territory and keep your mailing list current.
  • Study product information, attend seminars, supervise tests of products, and attend company sales meetings and technical sessions.
  • Provide customers with all literature and promotional materials they need to enhance their productivity.
  • Provide the General Manager with information from the market regarding trends, new products, market share in existing and potential accounts.
  • Proactively solve problems for customers, build and sustain positive customer relationships, and provide technical support as needed.
  • Support and expand onsite sales and service, communicate customer and market issues to company management, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Perform all work in accordance with ISO processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • High levels of product knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Competent with the use of computer software specific to the operation.
