Inside Sales Specialist

Mandeville, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Inside Sales Parts Specialist who plays a crucial role in supporting organizational objectives by collaborating with various departments, managing tasks independently, and actively seeking sales opportunities to grow the exchange and remanufactured business. This role involves engaging with customers, providing solutions, and serving as a liaison between technical teams and customers to optimize sales opportunities.
What Your Work Week Will Look Like:
· Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard work hours, with occasional overtime.
· Travel expectations: up to 25%.

What You Will Do:
· Collaborate with various departments within the organization to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
· Independently manage tasks, including problem-solving and resolution of customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Proactively upsell parts and solutions to customers while actively seeking new sales opportunities to expand the exchange and remanufactured business.
· Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, projects, and sales initiatives to effectively promote products and services.
· Act as a liaison between the technical teams and customers, ensuring that customer needs are understood and translated into optimized sales opportunities.
· Provide timely follow-up on estimates, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally via phone and email.
· Maintain accurate records by uploading data into the IDM (Integrated Data Management) system to track customer interactions, sales progress, and performance metrics.
· Provide weekly updates during team meetings, reporting on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities, and escalate issues as needed.
· Perform additional responsibilities as required to meet the dynamic needs of the sales team and the organization.
What We Need from You:
· Bachelor's degree is preferred.
· Experience in logistics within a similar field.
· Sales experience is preferred.
· A minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
· Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Physical Requirements:
- This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, printers, and scanners.
