Position Summary:
As a Customer Experience and Sales Specialist, you will represent Stretch Zone, serving as the primary point of contact for all members and guests. Your role is to foster relationships that enhance member growth and retention. The Sales Specialist is accountable for the effective operation and financial performance of the studio. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, satisfaction, and performance aligned with the studio's revenue objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet every visitor warmly, manage appointment scheduling, handle phone inquiries, and resolve member concerns.
  • Enhance member retention: Follow operational guidelines diligently, provide excellent service, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
  • Promote the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching: Achieve sales targets, encourage additional sessions, and continuously improve your sales techniques.
  • Uphold the culture of Stretch Zone: Collaborate with team goals and cultivate positive, professional relationships with members and colleagues.

Success Metrics:
Your contribution to our universal mission at Stretch Zone is pivotal in converting guests into members, retaining existing members, and driving sales growth.
