Position Summary: Operations Support Specialist is responsible for managing and executing various operational tasks related to order processing, inventory management, customer service, and product setup. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing:
  • Accurately process incoming orders and enter tracking information as needed.
  • Amazon Vendor Central Management:
  • Prepare and provide a weekly Amazon Vendor Central file every Monday for approval to determine if items can be shipped to Fulfillment Centers (FCs).
  • Inventory Management:
  • Manually update inventory daily .
  • Send weekly email inventory reports as required.
  • Customer Support:
  • Manage and process tickets using the Zendesk ticketing system.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails promptly.
  • Process warranty claims for both wholesale and retail customers.
  • Set up Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and process returns for both wholesale and retail customers.
  • Collections Assistance:
  • Assist the Accounting Department with collections on past-due wholesale accounts.
  • Product Setup and Content Creation:
  • Set up new items with various business partners and upload product images.
  • Write content for new products, ensuring clear and compelling descriptions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Work Environment:

  • This position involves regular interaction with various departments, including Accounting and Customer Service.
