Receptionist/Administrative Support

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Downtown Fort Worth law firm is seeking to fill a full-time Receptionist/Office Administrative Support role. As the first impression of the Firm, the ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and demeanor as well as professional telephone etiquette. A successful candidate is an energetic professional who thrives on multi-tasking. This role will carry out duties that include receptionist (answering multiple phone lines, directing calls, greeting visitors, etc.), and ensuring the surrounding areas are clean and well maintained at all times. Other responsibilities will include reserving conference rooms utilizing Outlook calendar, monitoring multiple email accounts, organizing catering needs, assisting the administrative team and necessary tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You will excel in this role if you are experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and support-related tasks, are able to work independently with little or no supervision and you are a well organized, flexible individual that enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of awesomely diverse people.

Must have:
· Prior professional office experience.
· Outstanding computer skills, including experience with Outlook, Word and Excel.
· No criminal record (background check is required).
· Dependable transportation.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Clean driving record.
