Expected starting base salary $110,000 to $120,000 per year.
Job Description:
Design and implement robust HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Collaborate with senior Directors to align HR strategies across talent acquisition, training, compensation, and performance management.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring fairness and consistency.
Provide guidance to hiring managers and interviewers on best practices.
Partner with Directors to implement performance management strategies.
Promote a culture of belonging and development.
Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Oversee HR information systems (HRIS) administration.
Lead day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of California labor laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, make informed decisions, and devise effective HR solutions.
Proficiency in HRIS systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
Proven track record in building and scaling HR functions and programs from the ground up, including policy creation, systems development, and talent management.
Experience:
5 years of progressive HR management experience.
2+ years in a non-profit environment.
2+ years of experience leading, managing, and mentoring HR teams.
