We are a construction company for new residential homes. We are seeking an Office & Field Support (In-Office Position) to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. You need to be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks and ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Office, QuickBooks, various office equipment and other productivity applications. Must be flexible and willing to learn new skills. If you also have previous administrative experience and familiarity with the construction industry, we’d like to meet you. Our office takes the Team approach, the responsibilities are not limited to the list provided, we cover for each other and do what is necessary to keep the work going smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Screen and direct emails and distribute correspondence
  • Obtain license, insurances and W-9s from subcontractors
  • Receive invoices, sort them out, file and tag them correctly
  • Prepare releases and release payments to suppliers and subcontractors
  • Assist with Account Payables
  • Obtain online permits, schedule services & fill up applications
  • Communicate to all involved as needed in support of the projects
