Job Description

The Global Workplace Services team at KLA is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation, and productivity. As a Facilities Field Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing workplace services at 15 field office locations across the United States and portions of KLA's Corporate Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage on-site GWS suppliers, including project management of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, janitorial, and landscaping services.
  • Partner with the GWS Project Management team and Director of US Operations to create and manage local projects and operations.
  • Manage a building/portfolio located at corporate headquarters in Milpitas, CA.
  • Select and manage suppliers using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), peer benchmarking, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Prepare periodic GWS status reports measuring progress against agreed-upon initiatives, benefits, issues resolution, and service levels.
  • Promote continuous improvement in GWS through effective process, methodology, and training.
  • Manage and drive the growth or reduction of offices.
  • Drive compliance to environmental and certification compliance, such as ISO, customer audits, etc.
  • Conform with Federal and local regulations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, strong attention to detail, and a focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge and experience in supplier management is critical.
  • Able to work independently and meet schedules while working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Deep understanding of facilities ecosystem: strategic sourcing, supply chain management, facilities management, and project management.
  • Knowledge in day-to-day operations, project management, building management, and CAFM systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Held position(s) in relevant or manufacturing environments.
  • Customer-focused by responding promptly and appropriately to customer requests and understanding business needs.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely work with people may not be knowledgeable of the building systems.
  • Ability to set goals and lead a team to success. Drive efficiencies.
  • Analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Projects and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred knowledge in AutoCAD.
  • Ability to travel domestically is a must.
