Job DescriptionJob Description

Dynamic, innovative manufacturing company located in the Scottsdale Airpark, is looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication, and problem solving skills. Must have familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems, HubSpot experience A+. Minimum of 3-5 years in a customer support role, preferably in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Duties to include:

  • Lead and manage product support team
  • Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of product-related issues and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of products to assist customers and train the support team.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product quality and support services.
  • Ensure all support activities and solutions are documented and maintained.
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and engineering teams to communicate customer needs and product improvements.
  • Train and develop the support team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on support activities and customer satisfaction to senior management.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm.
