Role Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be instrumental in providing outstanding support and assistance to our clientele. You will serve as the initial contact for customers seeking help with inquiries, issues, or technical challenges related to our offerings. Your main duty will be to address customer inquiries promptly and effectively while upholding a high standard of professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and accurately to customers reaching out for assistance.
- Gather additional information to resolve customer issues, prioritizing and escalating when necessary, and clarifying potential solutions to ensure our clients feel supported and valued.
- Acquire knowledge and utilize support tools and software effectively.
- Analyze user feedback from various channels.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service through written communication.
- Excellent written communication skills (fluency in multiple languages is advantageous).
- Proficient in computer usage, CRM software, ticketing systems/platforms, and possess strong typing abilities.
- Outstanding time management and decision-making capabilities.
