- Obtain necessary licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life, Accident, and Health insurance
- Assess customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Generate new business opportunities and negotiate insurance policies
- Review and manage policy renewals, ensuring necessary actions are taken
- Promote additional products to current clients
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions
- Conduct annual reviews with clients and provide tailored coverage recommendations
- Perform risk assessments and underwriting tasks
- Act as a liaison between clients and claims departments
- Follow company and agency protocols
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Develop timely solutions to customer challenges
