We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative and Financial Manager to oversee office and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of office management oversight and financial planning.
Financial Management: 5 Hours a Week
** All financial management will be
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, income statements, and balance sheets.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with external accountant for tax filings and audits.
- Implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Office Management: 20 - 25 Hours a Week
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Procure office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and support.
Bookkeeping: 15 Hours a Week
- Perform regular bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payables and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Process payroll
- Track and report on expenses and reimbursements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in financial management, office administration, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
