Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be a key driver in the growth and success of our sales operations. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's overall revenue goals. Your role will involve a combination of prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales deals, all while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and post-sale follow-up.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Reporting and Strategy:
    • Track and report on sales metrics, performance, and progress towards targets.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Market Awareness:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working within the beauty industry a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be flexible and willing to travel as needed.
