Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate non-Korean ethnic markets, increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with retailers and distributors in assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs specifically within non-Korean ethnic communities.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and follow up with existing clientele to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products to enhance visibility and product knowledge among potential clients.
  • Provide periodic sales reports and territory analyses to the management team, suggesting improvements based on market feedback and sales trends.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience, especially within ethnic markets. Experience with Chinese markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and consumer behavior in various ethnic segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Bilingual in Chinese is required.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the sales territory.
