Office Manager for fintech focused investment firm that leads rounds in pre-seed and seed-stage fintech companies.

Monday-Friday. Full Time 40 hours with ability to extend occasionally.

One extra-long day on Event Day October 24th.

Fully on-site in San Francisco

Own a smartphone to use Slack within working hours

The Office Manager is remarkably helpful and accessible. They will act as the lead point of contact for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment and guest speaker events, supporting all staff members, and guests. This includes day-to-day office upkeep, ad hoc (rapid) troubleshooting, and positive people relations. The Office Manager will maintain a clean, organized, friendly space for diverse startup founders to work productively – to be provided for so they can focus on their work.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an Office Management, Administration, Executive Assistant, and/or Facilities Management role
  • Strongly capable computer skills (bonus: via MacBook and iPad)
  • Bonus: experience and comfort with Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar, and Notion
