Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and conferences for internal and external clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Coordinate with CFS staff to ensure effective administration and operation of the center
  • Resolve inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Serve as an expert in CFS resources and capabilities, providing guidance and support to clients and staff

Requirements

  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Excellent client relations and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions

  • Must have access to reliable transportation

Compensation

The annual full pay range for this position is $40,700 - $85,295, with an hourly equivalent of $40.85. The hiring pay scale is based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure, and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs.
