Purpose of Position: As the Bilingual Team Leader at Calidad Insurance, you’ll lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive company success. You'll ensure smooth office operations and process management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Education: Train your team to sell insurance policies, educate customers, and analyze their needs.
  • Team Performance Monitoring: Oversee your team's customer service, productivity, and adherence to procedures.
