Your Role: As the Bilingual Team Leader, you will:
- Provide Exceptional Service: Handle customer questions and resolve any issues quickly.
- Drive Sales: Educate customers on their insurance needs and close the deal.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Property and Casualty License, or the ability to obtain one within 3 months.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and databases.
- Proven leadership skills, sales expertise, and a customer-focused attitude.
