Summit Restoration is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Independent Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Houston, TX, area. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), self-managed, and highly motivated. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales, mentoring your team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales door-to-door team in the Houston, TX area
  • Drive sales and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Present and sell our property restoration services to potential clients
  • Mentor, educate, and motivate the sales team
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Solve problems and negotiate effectively to close deals.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of direct sales experience with a history of meeting/exceeding quotas
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
  • Tenacious, enthusiastic, and disciplined self-starter
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Knowledge of Property Restoration and Damage Repair or the construction industry is a plus, not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit strong discipline
  • Passion for mentoring and motivating peers
