Pharma GenLabs is an advanced and modern laboratory. We are CLIA certified and have been serving the community since 2021. We offer molecular diagnostic testing for infectious diseases, toxicology evaluations, including both presumptive and definitive drug testing. In addition, we also offer Pharmacogenomic, or PGx, testing. Using a person’s genetic profile, PGx testing, evaluates how patients metabolize medications.

About this Job:

We are actively looking for motivated and professional Regional Account Executives who will be able to help extend our client services and obtain more clients. While prior experience in the laboratory is preferred, we will consider an individual who has current relationships with clinicians in SNF, Nursing Homes or Senior Living Communities.

You will spend most of your time outside in the field, calling on prospective clients, including cold calling, each day while maintaining a high level of integrity in accordance with company culture. You will adhere strictly to all HIPAA and PHI compliance while being able to work independently and communicating with sales leadership as required.

Minimum Required Education and Experience:

· A college degree is strongly preferred

· Currently calling on Senior Living Communities (SLC), SNF or Nursing Homes required

· Medical sales experience, preferably laboratory, medical supplies, pharma or physical therapy

· Existing relationships with medical directors and the healthcare providers in your area

· A huge plus for experience in laboratory testing sales PGx

· Have a solid background in meeting or exceeding growth targets

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential clients in SLC, SNF or Nursing Homes

2. Generate leads and build a pipeline through warm calling and networking within your market

3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction

4. Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients

5. Negotiate and close sales deals swiftly to meet or exceed sales targets

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of client solutions

7. Provide ongoing account management and support to clients
