Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain deep, strategic relationships with our clients, ensuring their long-term success and loyalty.

• Product Engagement: Keep clients well-versed in our products and services, continuously seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize value.

• Retention and Growth: Implement proactive strategies to identify and mitigate churn risks, ensuring sustained client engagement and satisfaction.

• Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, acting as their advocate and ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.

• Issue Resolution: Address client concerns with urgency and professionalism, utilizing high-caliber problem-solving skills to maintain positive client relationships.

• Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our sales team to transition accounts smoothly, allowing the sales team to focus on acquiring new business.

• In-State Travel: Travel within the state may be required to meet with clients. A car allowance will be provided to support this responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role such as account management, customer success, or similar.

• Demonstrated ability to grow and nurture client relationships.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Proven problem-solving skills with experience in handling complex client issues.

• Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
