Position Summary
•The Senior Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing standard operations, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's virtual and in-office work environments, and supporting the executive leadership team. This role will also be pivotal in tracking and implementing the strategic plan to achieve Fight CRC's long-term goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in operations management, and a proven track record of managing remote and in-office operations. Additionally, this role requires experience overseeing project management guidelines and tools, as well as supporting the team as a power user for Microsoft Project and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

•Standard Operations:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and high performance across all departments.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
•Virtual and In-Office Work Environments:
- Lead and manage the organization's virtual and in-office work environments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Implement and optimize tools and technologies to support both remote and in-office work.
- Develop and enforce best practices for virtual meetings, project management, contractors, and team collaboration.
•Support to Executive Leadership:
- Provide strategic and operational support to the executive leadership team, facilitating effective decision-making and execution of organizational initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for executive leadership and the board of directors.
- Coordinate and manage executive-level projects and initiatives.
•Tracking Strategic Plan:
- Oversee the implementation and tracking of the organization's strategic plan.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards strategic goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of the strategic plan to the executive leadership team and the board of directors.
•Project Management Guidelines and Tools:
- Working with our Project Management Committee, maintain and update project management guidelines and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency in project execution.
- Serve as a power user for Microsoft Project, providing support and training to team members.
- Utilize Power BI to create and manage dashboards and reports, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
•Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment of operational goals with the organization's mission and vision.

Qualifications
Education:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing remote and in-office teams and optimizing virtual and in-office work environments.
- Strong background in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience in strategic planning and tracking progress towards long-term goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Power BI.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Asana).
